✨ Custom Orders & Personalization

All items are made to order and customized just for you. Please double-check all spelling, names, colors, and design details before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible.

⏳ Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the item and order volume. Custom and bulk orders may require additional time.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

🚫 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

📦 Shipping

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

🧼 Care Instructions

Proper care ensures the longevity of your item. Care instructions will be included with your order or listed on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use.

🎨 Color & Design Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production methods. Handmade and custom items may have slight variations—this is part of what makes them unique!

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

💬 Communication

We do our best to respond to messages within 24–48 business hours. Business hours may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

🕒 Business Hours & Production Schedule

Ynot Melly’s Customs is proudly run by a full-time working mom and small business owner. While I work full time during the week, all custom orders are designed, created, and produced on Saturdays and Sundays.

Because of this schedule, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed for it to be completed and shipped. This timeframe allows me to ensure every item meets my quality standards.

Where it all started

What started as a hobby during COVID quickly turned into a passion project I couldn’t put down. Not because I wasn’t working (I was very much in retail!), but because I’ve always loved arts and crafts. Like so many others staying home at the time, I found inspiration in watching people create beautiful, meaningful things from their own spaces—so I decided to do the same.

My journey began with my very first machine: a Cricut Maker, gifted to me by my husband for Christmas. I fell in love instantly. One machine turned into another, and before I knew it, my back room had transformed into my own little creative studio.

Along the way, I designed quinceañera (XV) invitations for my daughter and sisters, my own wedding invitations, custom coach shirts for my daughter’s teams, and countless personalized gifts for life’s special moments. Taking the leap to launch my own website took time—but here we are.

Years later, and now with over 9 machines, I’m officially expanding my small business and doing what I love every single day. From DTF shirts and sweaters to laser engraving and 3D printing, I’m here to help you create the perfect custom piece—whether it’s for a friend, a loved one, or yourself.
